Bad news for Gucci Mane. The rapper’s request for community service has been denied.
Fox Atlanta reports that a Fulton County judge denied Gucci’s request to do community service after his assault arrest. The rhymer’s attorney says a trial date hasn’t been set, but estimates that it could happen in November or December.
In April, the Alabama native, born Radric Davis, was in hot water for reportedly assaulting a fan at a nightclub. James Lettley, who serves in the military, told police that Gucci hit him with a bottle. The fan claimed that he just wanted a flick with the rapper, but the ‘Trap House III’ creator went berserk on him.
Earlier this summer, Gucci announced plans to release three mixtapes at once. The trilogy dropped last week.
